Mark has been solving computer issues since he first discovered any computer can be reloaded with a good backup. He taught himself how to navigate operating systems, troubleshoot problems, and build networks through a series of jobs and opportunities. He worked for the Geek Squad for two years, and Chip Heads Computer Repair Shop for two years. He took his best experiences from both companies and developed Escape Key Computing, Inc. in 2002. Mark lead the company into two consecutive years of doubled growth and looks forward to bringing Escape Key Computing to the national level without compromising our "small-town" service reputation.
