It is with great pleasure that we announce the merger of Escape Key Computing, Inc. with All Covered, Inc., effective February 1, 2010. In the coming months you will see more information regarding this transition.

We wanted to reach out to each of you personally, to let you know the significance of this merger and how this will help all of us reach new heights - our Customers, Partners and the Escape Key employees.    All Covered will offer you the same technical team that has supported you over the past 7 years and the same local “feel” you get with our hands-on team. In addition to the same look, feel, and technical excellence you’ve come to know with us, we will now have the support of a strong, nationwide firm with additional resources to give you better service. 

Our merger with All Covered will provide you with access to some of the most advanced tools and comprehensive programs available, including:

• A larger, state-side Help Desk staffed with technicians to help 365 X 24 X 7
• A state-side Network Operations Center staffed with certified technicians monitoring our maintenance client's systems 365 X 24 X 7
• Enhanced remote monitoring capabilities utilizing industry recognized tools such as N-able and Kaseya
• A new client portal featuring online ticketing services, account information, and an advanced technical knowledge base reference system
• Access to your current local technical team, plus hundreds of other technical team members across 20 major cities nationwide
