ON-SITE
(1hour minimum, 15 minute increments thereafter)

PC Desktop Support	$99 /hr
Our Desktop support rate includes any troubleshooting, repair, or installation of a stand alone desktop, on-site data recovery (when possible)

Windows Server Administration and Networking	$129 /hr
Our Server Administration rate includes Server installation, configuration and troubleshooting of any Windows 200X servers, MS Exchange installation and configuration, and MS SQL installation/Configurations

Advanced Level Support	$149/hr
Our Advanced Level Support includes any multi-location/multi-sever domains, Active Directory troubleshooting, MS Exchange troubleshooting and repair, UNIX and GNU/Linux support, and server troubleshooting or high-level repair. It also includes advanced networking including CISCO or other enterprise level support.

MAC Desktop Support	$125/hr
Our Desktop support rate includes any troubleshooting, repair, or installation of a stand alone desktop, on-site data recovery (when possible)

MAC Server Support	$145/hr
Our Server Administration rate includes Server installation, configuration and troubleshooting of any Mac based server hardware or software

Return Visit Policy
If we are unable to completely resolve your problem on the first visit, we will waive our one-hour minimum for each subsequent visit on the same issue.

Scheduled Service Cancellation Fee	$50
If you cancel less than 4 hours in advance of your appointment.

No-show fee	$100

IN-OFFICE

Any desktop service	$199
If you bring your computer to our location, we'll flat-rate your work (data recovery additional - see below)

Any Server Service (2 hour minimum)	$129/hr

Data Recovery	$199 + Media
Escape Key will recover as much data as possible and present a report of the restorable data to the client. If the client agrees that the data they need is restorable, Escape Key will restore the data to an external media (IE: USB External Hard Drive, USB ‘thumb drive’, CD or DVD). The external media will be billed separately and the $50 diagnostic fee will be waved.	($249 if no other work completed)

Data Recovery Diagnostic	$50
Escape Key computing will run diagnostics on the hard drive to assess the possibility of data recovery. This check is for data recovery purposes only. Any other diagnostic test performed for purposes such as repairing, imaging or generating error codes for warranty will be billed at Escape Key’s standard support rates.	($74 if no other work completed)

Diagnostic	$50
If we diagnose your computer's problem and you choose not to have us repair it, our diagnostic rate applies.
